Easy Cheesy Bean Dip

Appetizer Beans/legum Dips/spread Microwave


  • 1/4 c Old El Paso Salsa
  • 1 Can bean dip
  • 1 Can Old El Paso Chopped Green Chile
  • 8 (2 cups) shredded American cheese


In medium saucepan, combine all ingredients; mix well. Cook over low heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted, stirring constantly.
Serve warm with tortilla chips.

MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS: In 1 1/2-quart microwave-safe bowl, combine salsa, bean dip and chiles; mix well. Microwave on HIGH for 4 to 4 1/2 minutes or
until mixture is hot, stirring once halfway through cooking.
Stir in cheese. Microwave on HIGH for 1 minute or until cheese is melted.
