Easy Beef Tips in Wine Sauce

  • 2 lb Boneless stew or chuck
  • 2 cn Cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cn Mushrooms; drained
  • 1 cn 7-Up
  • 1 c Rice
  • 1 pk Onion soup mix
  • 1/4 c Cooking wine


Spread meat into small roaster pan. Pour onion soup mix over meat. Then add mushroom soup, 7-up mixed with wine and mushrooms (in that order). Place in oven, covered, for 2 hours at 375*. Serve over rice
