Eastern Fruit Salad

  • 1 Charentais melon
  • 1 Paw-paw
  • 1 Asian pear; peeled and sliced
  • 8 Lychees; peeled and stoned
  • 150 ml Fresh prange or other fruit juice; (1/4pint)


Use a melon baller to scoop balls from the melon and paw paw. Place in a bowl and add the remaining fruit and the juice.
Chill for about 30 minutes before serving.
