  • 1 1/2 c Diced Red Delicious apple
  • 2 tb Lemon low-fat yogurt
  • 3 c Presliced green cabbage
  • 1/4 c Raisins
  • 2 tb Chopped dry-roasted peanuts
  • 3 tb Sweet and sour sauce


Combine apple and yogurt in a bowl; toss well to coat. Add cabbage and remaining ingredients; toss gently to coat. Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 1 cup).
