East Carolina Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 c Vinegar
  • 2 tb Brown sugar
  • 2 tb Red pepper flakes
  • 1 ts Cayenne
  • 1 ts Black pepper
  • 1 ts Salt
  • 1/2 c Water (optional)

Directions:
