E-Z Chili

  • 2 ts Oil
  • 1 Onion; chopped
  • 1 lb Ground beef; (optional for non-vegetarians)
  • 3 lb Canned crushed tomatoes; (2 cans)
  • 3 lb Canned chili beans; (2 cans)
  • 2 ts Chili powder
  • 1/4 c Grated nacho cheese


Saut‚ onion and/or meat in bottom of pot. Add rest of ingredients except cheese. Mix and cook for at least one hour. Put cheese on top as garnish.
