Cinnamon-Spiced Tea

Ingredients:
- 8 Chinese-Style Red Or Black
-Tea Bags Or
- 1/4 c Regular Black Tea
- 4 c Boiling Water
- Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 c Sweetened Condensed Milk
Directions:
