Chocolate-Covered Beetles

Candy Halloween
Ingredients:
- 6 oz Semisweet chocolate chips; 165 g
- 6 oz Butterscotch Chips - Bakers; 165 g
- 2 c Chow mein noodles; 500 ml
- 1/2 c Peanuts; 125 ml
- 2 c Miniature marshmallows; 500 ml
- Miniature chocolate candies; M&M's
Directions:
Cook chips in a meduium micro-wave safe bowl on high for 2 to 3 minutes, or until smooth when stirred, stirring every minute. Add noodles and peanuts; mix lightly. Add marshmellows, stirring until completely cooked. Drop by teaspoonsfuls onto waxed paper-lined tray. Add additional chow mein noodles to create legs (three on each side). Use miniature chocolate candies to create eyes. Refrigerate.Recipe by: The Daily Gleaner - October 97
