Chocolate Chip Cookies Passover

Ingredients:

  • 1 c Matzo meal
  • 1/2 c Sugar
  • 1 c Farfel
  • 6 oz Choc. chips for passover
  • 1 c Chopped nuts
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 c Mothers margerine melted

Directions:

Chocolate chip cookies
 
Combine matzo meal, sugar, farfel, chocolate chips, nuts. Beat eggs with melted margering, pour over dry ingredients and mix well. Drop by teaspoon onto cookie sheet 1" apart. Bake at 350 for 20 min.
