Chinese Dry Marinade

Oriental Pork/ham Sauces

Ingredients:

  • 3 tb Brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 ts Paprika
  • 1 ts Salt
  • 3/4 ts Monosodium glutamate
  • 3/4 ts Ground tumeric
  • 1/4 ts Celery seed
  • 1/4 ts Dry mustard

Directions:

Combine ingredients and use for marinade for spare ribs and pork.
