Cauliflower Latkes #2

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cauliflower; cooked in water and salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tb Flour
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Nutmeg
  • Oil for frying

Directions:

Drain cooked cauliflower and mash with a fork Add the rest of the ingredients, and stir to combine Deep fry in plenty of hot oil Drain in paper towels Serve at once
