Cantonese Shrimp Barbeque

Fish/seafoo Grilling
Ingredients:
- 2 lb Shrimp, Large, deveined, peeled
- 3 Thin slices of ginger
- 2 ts Ginger
- 6 Green onions
- 1/4 c Dry white wine
- 3 tb Soy sauce
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 3 tb Sugar
- 2 tb Vegetable oil
- 2 Cloves garlic, minced
Directions:
Shell and devein shrimp, leaving tails intact. Mix remaining ingredients in large bowl. Marinate shrimp for two hours. Put shrimp on oiled skewers and grill three inces above hot charcoal about 4 - 5 minutes on each side. Brush several times with marinade and serve hot.Posted to bbq-digest V2 #074
