Calypso Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 cn (12 oz.) drained Mexicorn
  • 1/2 c Finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 c Black sliced olives
  • 2 tb White vinegar
  • 4 ts Prepared mustard
  • Salt; to taste
  • 4 c Cabbage; shredded
  • 1/4 c Sharp Cheddar cheese; cubed
  • 1 c Mayonnaise
  • 2 tb White sugar
  • 1/4 ts Celery seed

Directions:

Mix all the ingredients together and let stand at least 30 minutes before serving. Serves 6-8.
