California Turkey Salad

Ingredients:

  • 3 c Cooked turkey breast; diced
  • 1 c Fat-free French dressing
  • 1 1/2 tb Chives; minced
  • 1 tb Lemon juice
  • 1 ts White horseradish
  • 1 lb Packaged salad
  • 1/4 c Bottled real bacon pieces

Directions:

Prep: 5 min, Marinate: 10 min.
 
Combine turkey and next 4 ingredients in a bowl. Marinate 10 minutes at room temperature. Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix well. Add lettuce and toss gently. Sprinkle bacon pieces over top and serve.
