Ingredients:

FOR 1 LB LOAF
  • 2 ts Yeast
  • 2 1/4 c Bread flour
  • 1/8 ts Baking soda
  • 2 tb Sugar
  • 2/3 Envelope Lipton's onion soup mix
  • 1/2 c Cottage cheese
  • 1/2 c Sour cream
  • 1 tb Margarine
  • 1 Whole egg
  • 2 tb Water
FOR 11/2 LB LOAF
  • 1 pk Yeast
  • 3 1/3 c Bread flour
  • 1/4 ts Baking soda
  • 3 tb Sugar
  • 1 Envelope Lipton's onion soup mix
  • 3/4 c Cottage cheese
  • 3/4 c Sour cream
  • 1 1/2 tb Margarine
  • 1 Whole egg
  • 1/4 c Water

Directions:

For all recipes, load ingredients into breadmachine pan according to manufacturer's directions. Bake on white bread setting unless otherwise indicated. "Yeast" refers to active dry yeast. Warm refrigerated ingrediants to room temperature. Don't use delayed timer mode. Adapted from DAK booklet.
