Grapes Meatless Sides


  • 1 1/2 c Chicken broth
  • 1/8 ts Ground pepper; may be doubled
  • 1 c Uncooked couscous
  • 2 tb Lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 c Seedless grapes
  • 1/4 c Chopped parsley
  • 1 tb Finely chopped green onions
  • 2 tb Pine nuts


Bring broth and pepper to a boil in small saucepan. Add couscous and lemon juice; mix well, cover and let stand 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients; toss lightly to mix and serve warm. Makes 4 servings as a side dish.
