Ingredients:

  • 1/4 c Olive oil
  • 3 Cl garlic; mince
  • 1 c Onions; chop fine
  • 1/4 c Parsley; chop
  • 2 tb Fresh basil; chop
  • 2 lb Squid; clean; slice
  • 1/4 c White wine
  • 1/4 c Clam juice
  • 3 c Marinara sauce
  • 1 pn Oregano
  • Salt and pepper
  • Crushed red pepper flakes

Directions:

Heat oil and saute garlic and onions until slightly brown. Add basil, parsley, squid, wine, clam juice, marinara sauce, oregano, salt and peppers. Cook until squid is tender. Source: Franco Palumbo. Posted to EAT-L Digest 19 Sep 96
