Cajun-Spiced Chicken Nibbles

  • 1 kg Chicken nibbles
  • 1 pk MAGGI Hearty Steak Sauce Mix
  • Boiling Water
  • 1 ts Paprika
  • 1 ts Ground cumin
  • 1/4 ts Cayenne pepper
  • 1 ts Dried oregano
  • 1 ts MAGGI Garlic Stock Powder
  • 2 tb Olive oil
  • Freshly ground black pepper


Place the sauce mix in a measuring jug.
Make up to 1 cup with boiling water and whisk until smooth.
Whisk in the remaining marinade ingredients. Cool.
Place the marinade in a plastic bag. Add the chicken nibbles and mix well.
Remove the air and seal the bag with a twist tie. Refrigerate for 4-6 hours.
Cook on a preheated barbecue or under a preheated grill for 12-15 minutes or until the chicken nibbles are cooked and golden brown.
Serve hot or cold.
