Cajun Seafood Stirfry

  • 4 oz Shrimp and scallops
  • 1 c Vegetables sliced
  • 1 ts Oil
  • 1 ts Cajun spices
  • 1 c Chicken stock
  • 1 tb Cornstarch
  • 1 tb Water


Heat skillet and stir fry veggies. Add seafood, cajun spice, chicken stock and bring to a boil. Thicken with cornstarch and water. Serve over rice, top with scallions.
