Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Hot bulk pork sausage
  • 1 sm Onion; chopped
  • 1 sm Green pepper; chopped
  • 1 1/2 Stalks celery; chopped
  • 1 1.15 ounce envelope instant chicken noodle soup mix
  • 1 c Uncooked long-grain rice
  • 3 c ;water

Directions:

Brown sausage in a Dutch oven, stirring to crumble; drain. Add remaining ingredients, and stir well. Place mixture in a lightly greased 12" x 8" x 2" baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour until moisture is absorbed. Yield: 8 servings.
