Cajun Burgers

Ingredients:

  • 1 lg Green pepper; chopped
  • 1 lg Onion; chopped
  • 6 Green onions; thinly sliced
  • 6 Cloves garlic; minced
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tb Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tb Soy sauce
  • 1 tb Dry bread crumbs
  • 1 tb Cream cheese; softened
  • 1/4 ts Cornstarch
  • 1/4 ts Seasoned salt
  • 1/4 ts Salt
  • 1/4 ts Pepper
  • 1/4 ts Dried thyme
  • 1/4 ts Ground mustard
  • 1/4 ts Hot pepper sauce
  • 2 lb Ground beef
  • 8 Hamburger buns; split

Directions:

In a bowl, combine the first 16 ingredients. Add beef and mix well. Shape into eight patties. Pan-fry, grill or broil until no longer pink. Serve on buns.
