Cajun Bread-Abm

Ingredients:

1LB LOAF 8 SLICES
  • 1/2 c Water
  • 1/4 c Onion; Chopped
  • 1/4 c Green Bell Pepper; Chopped
  • 1 Clove Garlic; Finely Chopped
  • 2 ts Margarine Or Butter; Softened
  • 2 c Bread Flour
  • 1 tb Sugar
  • 1 ts Creole Or Cajun Seasoning
  • 3/4 ts Salt
  • 1 ts Bread Machine Yeast
1 1/2 LB LOAF 12 SLICES
  • 3/4 c Water
  • 1/3 c Onion; Chopped
  • 1/3 c Green Bell Pepper; Chopped
  • 1 Clove Garlic; Finely Chopped
  • 1 tb Margarine Or Butter; Softened
  • 3 c Bread Flour
  • 2 tb Sugar
  • 2 ts Cajun Or Creole Seasoning
  • 1 1/4 ts Salt
  • 1 3/4 ts Bread Machine Yeast

Directions:

Make 1 1/2 lb. recipe for bread machines that use 3 cups flour; or make 1 lb recipe for bread machines that use 2 c flour.
 
Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select Basic/White cycle. Use Medium or Light Crust color. Do not use delay cycles. Remove baked bread from pan and cool on wire rack.
