Cajun Bbq Pork Chops

Barbecue Cajun/creol Ethnic Main dish Meat

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 c Water
  • 2 tb Yellow mustard
  • 3 tb Chili sauce
  • 1 tb Chili powder
  • 1 tb Tabasco sauce
  • 1/4 c Vinegar
  • 4 tb Blackstrap molasses
  • 16 Pork chops

Directions:

Mix all ingredients. begin with dry ingredients and then combine with wet ingredients and mix well! Arrange chops ina covered roasting pan or a covered glass casserole dish. Pour sauce liberally over the chops and cook for 1 hr. at 400 degrees F. Origin: Andy Delacroix, Houma, La., circa, 1999
