Cajun Bayou Chicken

  • 1/2 c Lime juice
  • 1/4 c Hot pepper sauce
  • 3 tb Cajun seasoning
  • lg Food storage bag
  • 3 1/2 lb Chicken pieces


Prep: 5 min, Marinate: 2:00, Cook: 1:00. Combine first 3 ingredients in a bag . Mix well. Place chicken in bag and seal. Marinate in refrigerator 2 hours. Drain chicken and discard marinade. Preheat oven to 375øF. Arrange chicken skin side down in a single layer in a baking pan. Bake 35 minutes. Turn chicken and bake another 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked throughout.
