Ingredients:

FOR MEAT OR POULTRY
  • 1 Box salt
  • 1 1/2 oz Black pepper
  • 2 oz Red pepper
  • 1 oz Chili powder
  • 1 oz MSG
FOR SEAFOOD, ADD
  • 1 ts Thyme
  • 1 Bay leaf; crumbled
  • 1 ts Sweet basil
