Cafe Au Creme Quebec

  • 1/2 lb Marshmallows (small ones preferred)
  • 1/2 c Boiling strong coffee
  • 1/2 pt Whipping cream


Pour coffee over marshmallows and stir until dissolved. Whip cream quite stiff and fold into marshmallow mixture. Pour into individual bowls. Chill. Garnish with additional whipped cream. Serves 6.
