Caesar Style Dressing

Dressings Fish/seafoo Salads

Ingredients:

  • 3 oz Anchovy fillets
  • 1/2 oz Dejonmustard
  • 3 Cloves garlic
  • 1 tb Worcestershire sauce
  • 6 oz Red wine vinegar
  • 1 ts Blk pepper ground
  • 2 tb Lemon juice fresh squeezed
  • 2 oz Parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 1/2 ts Tabasco sauce
  • 18 oz Olive oil

Directions:

combine all ingreds x olive oil. gradually incorp oil in thin stream. adjust seasoning Serve immed. or refrig.
