Cactus Pears

Ingredients:

  • 6 Rose-red cactus pears
  • 2 -(up to)
  • 3 Limes
  • Whipped cream

Directions:

Hold cactus with tongs & rinse under cold running water. Lay on cutting board, cut off both ends, slit the skin lengthwise, loosed & lay it back. Lift out the pulp & put pulp into a small dish. Top with whipped cream. Put a lime wedge on the rim of the dish & squeeze on the juice as you eat.
