Cabbage Soup

  • 1 1/2 lb Ground beef
  • 1 cn (48-oz) V-8 juice
  • 1 lb Canned tomatoes
  • 1 cn (small) tomato paste
  • 2 cn Kidney beans
  • 2 pk Zesty Italian dressing mix
  • 1 cn Rotel tomatoes and chiles
  • 1 Cabbage; shredded


Brown ground beef; drain. Add remaining ingredients except cabbage and simmer for 45 minutes. Add cabbage and let soak in the soup for 10 minutes; serve.
