Cabbage Meat and Rice Casserole

Cabbage Casseroles

Ingredients:

  • 1 cn Stewed tomatoes
  • 1 cn Tomato sauce
  • 1 1/2 c Raw rice; (1 1/2 to 2)
  • 1 lb Ground meat
  • 1 sm Head cabbage
  • 1 sm Onion
  • 1/2 Bell pepper
  • 1 c Water; (1 to 1/2)
  • A little butter

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together. Put in a large pan. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for about 2 hours.
