Cabbage, Cilantro and Red Pepper Salad

  • 8 c Cabbage; chopped finely
  • 1 md Sweet red pepper; chopped
  • 1 bn Fresh cilantro; chopped
  • 1 tb Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tb Seasoned rice vinegar
  • 1 ts Seasoning salt

Prepare vegetables and place them in salad bowl. Toss olive oil through the vegetable to coat them. Add rice vinegar & salt. Toss gently and serve. Makes 4 servings.
