Cabbage Casserole #2

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Head cabbage; (medium) shredded
  • 1 md Onion; chopped
  • 1 c Mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c Water
  • 1 Egg; beaten
  • 1/2 c Shredded cheese
  • Margarine
  • 1/2 pk Keebler; (roll size) or Ritz cracker crumbs

Directions:

Prepare cabbage and onion. Place in slightly oiled or Pam sprayed casserole dish. Mix soup, water and egg. Pour over cabbage mixture. Sprinkle with crumbs. Dot with marga- rine. Sprinkle with cheese.
