Bell Pepper Sauce

Ingredients:
- 1 Jar (7-ounce) roasted red bell peppers; drained
- 1 cn (6-ounce) tomato paste
- 1/4 c Dijon mustard
- 1/4 c Red wine vinegar
- 2 tb Brown sugar
- 2 tb Olive oil
- 1 Garlic clove; crushed
- 1 ts Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 ts Hot sauce
Directions:
Process all ingredients in an electric blender until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides. Makes 1 3/4 cups.Recipe by: Southern Living
