Basil Vinaigrette #2

Ingredients:
- 2/3 c Olive oil
- 2/3 c White wine vinegar
- 1/4 c Finely chopped fresh basil
- 2 Green onions; finely chopped
- 1 ts Salt
- 1/2 ts Pepper
Directions:
Process all ingredients in a food processor or blender, stopping once to scrape down sides. Cover mixture, and chill. Stir well, and toss with mixed greens. Makes 1 1/3 cups.Recipe by: Southern Living
