Baked Chicken Breast Supreme #3

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 c Plain yogurt
  • 2 tb Lemon juice
  • 1/4 ts Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 ts Celery seed
  • 1/4 ts Paprika
  • 1/2 cl Garlic; minced
  • 1/4 ts Salt; optional
  • 1 ds Pepper
  • 4 Chicken breast halves withou
  • 1 c Bread crumbs

Directions:

Recipe by: Sue Klapper Preparation Time: 0:45 In a large bowl, combine first 8 ingredients. Place chicken in mixture and turn to coat. Cover and marinate overnight in the refrigerator. Remove chicken from marinade, coat each piece with crumbs. Arrange on a shallow baking pan. Bkae, uncovered, at 350 ^ for 45 minutes or until juices run clear. Exchanges: One serving equals 3 - 1/2 lean meat, 1 starch, 1/4 skim milk, 271 calories, 5 g. fat.
