Ingredients:

  • 30 oz Kidney beans, canned
  • 15 oz Black beans, canned
  • 15 oz Cannellini beans, canned
  • 30 oz Canned Italian plum tomatoes, drained and chopped
  • 1 c Chopped onion
  • 2 lg Garlic cloves
  • 1/4 c Dark molasses
  • 1/4 c Cider vinegar
  • 2 tb Ons, honey
  • 2 ts S, dried oregano
  • 2 ts S, dry mustard
  • 2 ts S, ground cumin
  • 1 1/2 ts S, ground ginger
  • 1 tb On, chili powder
  • 1 pn Crushed red pepper
  • Salt to taste

Directions:
