Baked Bean Sausage Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1 pk (10 Oz.) Frozen Lima Beans
  • 3 cn (1 Lb.) Baked Beans
  • 2 cn (1 Lb.) Kidney Beans; drained
  • 1 lb Pork Link Sausage
  • 1/2 lb Smoked Ham; cut in 1/2" cubes
  • 1 tb Salt
  • 1/2 ts Mustard
  • 1/2 tb Pepper
  • 1 cn (8 Oz) Tomato Sauce
  • 1/2 c Catsup
  • 1/4 c Brown Sugar
  • 1 md Onion; chopped

Directions:

Cook lima beans 10 minutes. Drain, mix with baked beans, drained kidney beans, port sausage (cut each link in 3 pcs.) ham, tomato sauce and seasonings with 3 1/2 qt. casserole. Bake uncovered in 400 degrees for one hour. Add water during cooking if casserole seems dry.
 
Serves 25 at buffet.
