Baked Asparagus

Ingredients:

  • 2 lb Fresh asparagus
  • Salt

Directions:

Break off and discard the tough ends of the asparagus. Peel the stalks. Rinse the asparagus, drain it well, and wrap it in a large sheet of foil, crimping the edges tightly to seal the package. Bake in a preheated hot oven (425ΓΈ) for 25 to 30 minutes or until done to taste. Season to taste with salt. Calories: 38 per serving. Yield: 6 servings.
