Bailey's New York Egg Cream

  • 3 oz Bailey's Irish Cream
  • 3 oz Milk
  • 1 1/2 oz Chocolate or vanilla syrup
  • 6 oz Bottle seltzer water or club soda


In a soda glass, stir together the Bailey's, milk, and syrup until well blended. Add the seltzer water all at once, which will produce 2-inch foamy head. Serve immediately. Makes 1 serving. MasterCook formatted by Ethel Snyder
