Bacon-Oyster Bites #2

Ingredients:

  • 1 cn (5-oz) smoked oysters; drained and chopped
  • 1/2 c Herb-seasoned stuffing mix
  • 1/4 c Water
  • 8 sl Bacon; halved, and partially cooked

Directions:

Combine oysters, herb-stuffing mix and water. Form into balls, using about 1 tablespoon mixture for each. Wrap a half slice of bacon around each and secure with a toothpick. Place on a rack in a shallow baking pan and cook at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Makes 16.
