Bacon Mushroom and Swiss Meat Loaf

Meatloaf

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Good quality ground beef
  • 1/2 lb Ground pork
  • 1 sm Onion; finely chopped
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 c Corn flake crumbs; ( I used bread crumbs)
  • 1/4 c Milk
  • 4 oz Grated swiss cheese
  • 1 cn (4 Oz) mushrooms; drained
  • 3 sl Bacon; chopped

Directions:
