Baby Potatoes with Lemon And Chives

Ingredients:

  • 450 g Baby potatoes
  • 30 g Butter or polyunsaturated fat
  • 1 Dsp chives; coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 Lemon; rind only

Directions:

Wash and steam the potatoes for 12-15 minutes until tender. If preferred, they can be cut in half before cooking.
 
In a separate pan heat the butter, add the chopped chives and lemon, toss around to release the flavours, then pour over the potatoes and serve.
