Apricot Mustard Glazed Chicken Breasts

Ingredients:
- 1/3 c Honey mustard or dijon mustard
- 3 tb Apricot preserves
- 1 ts Ground ginger
- 4 Boneless skinless chicken breast halves; about 1 pound
Directions:
Blend mustard, apricot preserves and ginger. Brush some mustard mixture on chicken. Grill or broil chicken, brushing with remaining mustard mixture frequently until done.Recipe by: Gey Poupon ad.
