Ingredients:

  • Red peppers
  • Olives
  • Marinated mushrooms
  • Artichokes
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Garlic toast or
  • Fresh Italian Bread

Directions:

Buy or make roasted red peppers, olives, marinated mushrooms and artichokes. Include a piece of Parmesan cheese and display on a tray along with garlic toast or fresh Italian bread.
