Andy Cassoni's Butter Ball Cookies

Christmas Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 c Butter
  • 2 tb Sugar
  • 1 ts Vanilla
  • 1 c Cake flour
  • 1 c Ground walnuts

Directions:

Cream together butter and sugar. Add the remaining ingredients. Roll into balls and bake for 30 minutes in a 325F oven. When warm, roll in confectioners' sugar and cool. Repeat rolling in sugar.
