Christmas Cookies Dutch
Ingredients:
- 250 g Almonds
- 250 g Powder sugar
- 1 Egg
- ts Sugared lemonzest
Directions:
Peel the almonds. Dry them and grind them (not too finely) together with the sugar, egg and lemonzest. Leave in a cool place for at least a few days to 'ripen'.Posted to MC-Recipe Digest V1 #339
