Almond Cappuccino

Ingredients:

  • 2 qt Brewed coffee
  • 1 qt Evaporated skim milk
  • 1/2 tb Vanilla extract
  • 1 ts Almond extract

Directions:

Combine coffee, milk and sugar in a large saucepan or Dutch oven. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Heat and stir in extracts. Serve hot. Yield: 16 (8 oz.) servings.
