All-Star Meatloaf

  • 1 1/2 lb Ground sirloin
  • 1 c Mozzarella cheese; shredded
  • 1/2 c Tomato juice
  • 1/3 c Italian bread crumbs
  • 1/3 c Green bell pepper; seeded
  • 1/4 c Onion
  • 2 Egg
  • 1 1/4 ts Salt
  • 1 ds Thyme
  • 1 ds Marjoram
  • 1 ds Garlic powder
  • 1 ds Basil
  • 1 ds Black pepper


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place eggs, juice and vegetables in a blender and mix thoroughly. In a large bowl put beef, bread crumbs and seasonings and mix. Add the blended mixture to the beef and mix until well blended.
Place beef mixture onto a sheet of wax paper and flatten into a rectangluar shape. Sprinkle the cheese onto the beef and roll-up like a jelly roll. Spray a loaf pan with Pam and place beef into loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours or until brown.
