All Shook-Up Vanilla Ice Cream

  • 1/2 c 2% milk
  • 1 tb Sugar
  • 1/4 ts Vanilla
  • Pint-size plastic bag
  • Gallon-size plastic bag
  • 6 tb Salt
  • Ice


In a pint-size bag, mix milk, sugar and vanilla. Then seal. Fill gallon-size bag half full of ice and salt. Put sealed small bag in with the ice. Seal large bag. Shake the bag about 5 minutes until it becomes ice cream. Wipe the small bag off. Open and dig in!
