Barbecue Rubs and sp

Ingredients:

  • 2 tb Black pepper
  • 2 tb Paprika
  • 2 tb Onion powder
  • 1 tb Brown sugar
  • 1 tb Chili powder
  • 1 tb Coarse salt
  • 1/2 ts Ground sage
  • 1/2 ts Ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 ts Cayenne pepper (opt)

Directions:

Mix all the spices together and store in an airtight container for up to 8 weeks. Great with ribs, brisket, and chicken.
